years, the president usually serves only one year and may be reelected a few

undertakings in the different projects of the club as well as to discuss any
matters relating to the functioning of the club. |

| Elections are usually held in the first two weeks of December. |

| Newly elected Presidents attend a President Elect Training Seminar
(PETS) in April to prepare them for their coming presidency. |
